Bruce has handled several relocation sales for the company that I work for. He was referred to me by another coworker who Bruce had represented as a Buyer a year prior. I have to say we basically signed paperwork, Bruce handled everything. We had to move early for our new jobs and Bruce made sure the townhome was maintained, the closing paperwork was handled and forwarded to us and even allowed us to use his moving truck to take some property to the donation station instead of us having to rent a uhaul!

We had approached Bruce and his team because we were being bid out on several properties. We asked Bruce why he thought that was happening and he explained we were using a lender with a bad reputation and we were also using a part time agent who could only show us houses on the weekends, which usually resulted in us not getting the homes we wanted. We explained that our agent had simply given up but we were still looking. Bruce asked us what type of house we were looking for and price range, sent us to a more acceptable lender (Countrywide) and he actually went out with his Team and found a condo that was not listed yet that was the exact model we were looking for. We moved in 30 days later and our value has appreciated considerably over the last 6 months. We use Bruce's buyer page to monitor what listings are selling around us and for how lone etc. We look forward to using Bruce's team in the future. Whatever we needed there was always someone available to assist us.

I was living in Arizona but still had a rental unit in Sacramento. My husband had just passed on and I was just not in the position to think straight. I had contacted several agents who know of my situation and they had me convinced my unit was worth less than I owed. Bruce met our Realtor here at a convention and our Realtor explained the situation. While still at the convention, Bruce pulled our property up in his hotel room and I realized I had been lied to. Bruce insisted he could sell my unit for 25,000 more than I had been told. Upon return to Sacramento, Bruce dealt with the tenant, the repair issues and our 1031 exchange information and within 30 days we were closed and into a new investment here in Arizona. We were buyers on a Condominium that Bruce was the listing agent. Our agent went out of town right after we made the offer on an extended family emergency. Although we understood that Bruce didn't have to work with our agent in this situation, he did and our agent was baffled on why Bruce would go the extra mile. The transaction closed and our agent returned the week after we moved in. Said it was the easiest transaction (no duh!) he ever had. We love our Condo and will use Bruce to sell our home in the future.

My Townhome was listed for 3 months through another Realtor. Bruce and his Team came in and staged my house, had a great virtual tour done and immediately I noticed the difference. His flyers were in full color and were laminated, I have to say I kept wondering what I had been missing for the last 6 months. I had my Townwhome as a for sale by owners the 3 months prior to that. I really enjoyed the experience and its too bad I moved out of the area or I would use Bruce again.
